Custom Orders: Custom-made diamond jewelry orders may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the piece.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Enara Jewels. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your diamonds jewellery, you may return it subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the diamonds jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original certificate and packaging.
Timeframe: You may return diamonds jewellery within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected for compliance with our return policy.

We exclusively use 100% genuine, natural diamonds; our philosophy is to honor the integrity and story of each diamond we work with and pay homage to the billions of years it takes for them to form under the earths surface.
All gold rings and most precious gemstones can be cleaned with warm water, mild dish soap (no detergents) and a soft brush.
Don't use toothpaste, baking soda and abrasives!

Pure 24K gold by itself doesn't tarnish, but it is not used for Jewellery making since it is extremely soft. 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K alloys are made from mixing pure gold with other metals (silver, copper) which gives them durability and colour. These metals can tarnish when exposed to oxygen, humidity and sulfur. The general rule: jewellery with less pure gold content will likely be tarnished. 18K gold won't tarnish except for a few specific and rare conditions. 14K can show a very little tarnishing if any at all.
There are some obvious things to bear in mind when it comes to protecting your gold Jewellery from day-to-day damage, while others may be a little more surprising.
One important tip to remember is you should always put on your Jewellery last when getting dressed. That includes putting on aftershave, perfume, hair products or make-up beforehand, as they can all damage your Jewellery.

One last tip — what’s good for you often isn’t good for your gold Jewellery. It’s best to take it off before washing your hands or taking a bath or shower, as you don’t want to submerge it in water or expose it to products like shower gel and shampoo.
